Kids eat with their eyes

Just when I'm about to head out to the store to get bread and various other things, my son asks for a sandwich. Problem is, we're out of bread....... sort of. The only thing left in the bag are the two end pieces. Now, I know from experience that this kid WILL NOT eat a sandwich made with these two pieces. I'd sooner get him to do my taxes than eat that! Then it hit me. Our pediatrician said that kids eat with their eyes. This is why Burger King can sneak apple strips past kids by making them up to look like french fries. So, what's the best way to sneak "bread butts" past a 2 1/2 year old? Make it look like a regular sandwich! All I did was put peanut butter and jelly on the ends. When I you flip it over, it looks like a regular sandwich. Whether you need to rig a stroller or a sandwich, just McGuyver it. For those of you who don't know who McGuyver is, it was a show about a guy who could build an A Bomb out of a paperclip and dental floss. It was a lame show, but the premise still holds true.
